Pure Tungsten Clarification of Tiger Kim’s prior involvement with Almonty Industries

Pure Tungsten Inc. (“PT”) wishes to clarify certain prior disclosure with respect to Mr. Tiger Kim’s prior involvement with Almonty Industries Inc. (“Almonty”), Sangdong Mining Corp. (“SMC”) and Almonty Korean Tungsten Corporation (“AKTC”).  Specifically, PT would like to clarify that while Mr. Kim served as a consultant of Almonty following Almonty’s acquisition of SMC which became AKTC and that Mr. Kim has never served as a representative director, officer or executive of Almonty or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates including SMC or AKTC at any time following Almonty’s acquisition of SMC or otherwise.  PT is providing this clarification at the request of Almonty.
